Le Bleu du ciel

Le Bleu du Ciel is a 10 hours long performance presented for the Nuits Blanches 2006 in Paris. Hundreds of porcelain dolls spin around playing a classic tune. Sir Alice lifts these dolls up all night long creating a kind of repetitive music. The dolls shift, synchronize with each other, thus creating echoes, unisons, oppositions, in different places of space.
